Payment terms

Within our e-shop, there are several options for paying for your order.

Cash Payment

This payment method can be chosen if you decide to purchase in-store or select in-store pickup for an e-shop order. For in-store pickup, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance by phone. This way, we can personally assist you with more time.

Cash Payment Conditions

The maximum amount for cash payments is 270,000 CZK. Items with a higher sale price must be paid by bank transfer or by depositing cash into our bank account.

Cash on Delivery

This payment method can be chosen if you decide to have your order shipped via Česká pošta. You will pay for the order in cash to Česká pošta upon delivery of the package.

Cash on Delivery Conditions

Cash on delivery is only available for items that are IN STOCK and do not exceed a value of 50,000 CZK per customer.

Bank Transfer Payment

This payment method can be chosen if you prefer to pay for your order in advance and not worry about payment upon pickup. It can be selected for both in-store pickup and delivery via Česká pošta.

Bank Transfer Payment at the Store

This payment method can be chosen if you prefer to pay before picking up your order. It must be selected with in-store pickup. You will make the payment from your own device (mobile, laptop) directly at the pickup location.
