We offer several delivery options for your order. In all cases, you will be kept informed about your order status via email updates or in your account dashboard. Items that are in stock are dispatched immediately in case of cash-on-delivery, or promptly after payment is received.
Personal Pickup
You can personally pick up your order at our store in Liberec, located at České mládeže 1096, 460 06 Liberec 6.
Delivery by Czech Post
- The Czech Post service is available for deliveries within the Czech Republic.
- Orders dispatched before 3:00 PM are handed over to the carrier on the same day.
- Regardless of whether you chose cash on delivery or prepaid payment, your package will be delivered to your specified address.
- If you have not paid in advance, you will pay in cash upon delivery.
- Packages sent on cash on delivery are held at the post office for 10 days.
- If undelivered, the package will be stored at your local post office for 10 days before being returned as undeliverable.
- Cash on delivery is available for orders up to 50,000 CZK.

You can also inquire about your package by calling 704 051 051. The carrier is responsible for delivering an undamaged package. Please check the package carefully for any signs of damage before accepting it.

All packages are packed discreetly, without any advertisements or identification marks.
It is not possible to identify the contents of the package from the exterior.
Our packaging facility is under constant surveillance. The entire process, from picking your order to packing and dispatching, is recorded and stored for a set period on our servers. If there are any concerns about delivery or package contents, we can provide a recording of the packaging process.
