Position – Customer Support
For our project NUBIRO.cz, we are looking for an original person who will become part of a small company with a friendly environment and will make our customers the happiest people in the world. ????
How will you achieve that?
✔ Friendly communication with customers (phone, chat, email, Facebook, Instagram)
✔ Checking orders in the e-shop
✔ Monitoring shipments in the system
✔ Handling complaints and issues with a helpful attitude – but there aren’t too many
✔ Providing excellent service during in-person pickups
For your genuine enthusiasm and dedication to our project, ensuring at least 100% customer satisfaction, we are happy to OFFER:
Salary up to 28,500 CZK/month

Full-time employment contract (HPP) in Liberec
Regular working hours MON – FRI (8:30 AM - 5:00 PM)

What should you bring to the table?
